A Rare Bond

A select few people in the Han Cluster (including, sooner or later, all player characters) can become X-Bonded together. This takes the transhuman projection of X-Ghost Detachment even further. X-Bonded beings have two incredible powers.

• They may telepathically communicate with their X-Bonded mate(s), no matter the distance or obstacles between them.
• They may send or teleport their X-Ghosts to an X-Bonded mate as an action, no matter the distance or obstacles between them.

Effectively, this means those who are X-Bonded together are never more than an action away from each other, even if they are on different planets! One can send their X-Ghost to the other and instantly be part of the scene and able to take part in whatever is going on. Further, with the telepathic communication between them, they are always in the conversation, able to participate in the party’s planning and decisions even light years away. This not only means table talk is available and encouraged in the setting, it means that splitting the party takes on new meaning in the Han Cluster!
